Description
- Provide remote installation and training to new merchant accounts in the use of credit card terminal or eCommerce gateway.
- Analyze and resolve technical problems and issues associated with new installation of products or services.
- Resolution of merchant and client requests in timely matter and responding to inquiries or requests via phone and e-mail.
- Pre-Sales support of EMS products and services with internal clients, sales and vendor partners.
- Utilization of several different software and web-based systems
- Download of processing software and deployment of credit card terminals.
- Organize and package marketing collateral and stickers to be shipped with equipment.
- Participate in ongoing product and services training and effectively cross-train team members.
- Other duties as assigned
