Copier Field Service Technician

Electronic Office Systems (EOS) is a 41 year old, privately owned company, located in Fairfield, NJ, that sells, leases, implements and supports the following commercial office technologies: Digital Laser Copier MFPs, Fax/ Network Fax, Document Scanners, Laser Printers, Document Imaging/Content Management Systems, Engineering Copiers/Plotters/Scanners, Color Printers and Network Infrastructure. EOS is a manufacturer authorized dealer for all of the brands we represent including Kyocera, Ricoh, Savin, Canon, KIP, HP, PaperCut and more. We currently care for over 4,000 commercial organizations in New Jersey and the New York metro area.

We are looking for a skillful, reliable, motivated and hardworking candidate to fill a position as an Experienced Field Service Technician to service the wide range of digital office printing products EOS offers.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Hands on experience with Kyocera & Ricoh product lines
• Kyocera and Ricoh Certifications preferred
• 3-5 years related experience in the copier industry
• Strong general hardware/connectivity troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong verbal/written and in person communication skills
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities:

• Service existing accounts
• Perform preventative maintenance calls and emergency calls
• Maintain car stock inventory
• Meet or exceed performance targets
• Interface equipment into customer existing network
