Job Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented MEP Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing office operations and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the MEP department.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients, visitors, and staff at the front desk
- Support MEP team with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Utilize computer literacy skills to maintain electronic files and records accurately
- Act as a personal assistant to the MEP department by organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and managing calendars
- Assist in computerizing office processes to enhance productivity
