Role : Production Supervisor
Reporting to : Lee Gilmore, General Manager
Duties & Responsibilities : The role includes, but is not limited to the following responsibilities :
Meets the entry level requirements of production technician of :
Excellent hand-eye coordination and capable of careful, precise and accurate assembly of electro-mechanical components
Capable of installing, mounting, fastening and / or adjusting components using manual or powered hand tools
Diligent adherence to procedures, quality standards and Health & Safety requirements
Positive attitude and excellent attendance
Adaptable to job rotation
Fill out production documents related to assembly
English language
Liaise with the production manager to organize production staffing
Provide direction and support to production operators in order to achieve objectives
Excellent attention to detail, ability to identify quality issues during production and conduct quality checks of others work
Able to identify bottlenecks in production and rearrange resources accordingly
Capable in training production operators on new products or processes and training new trainers
Capable of working with Google Workspace tools or equivalent (documents, spreadsheets, email, etc) to record and communicate production data, problems, and status
Capable of working with New Product Introduction team / process to assist in reviewing and confirming new production documents and build procedures
Ensures 5S, Safety and Administrative practices are followed
Provide direction and support to Junior and Senior Production Technicians
Responsible for manufacturing team member time sheets administration including signing authority for work hours adjustment
Responsible for completing periodic performance reviews as directed by the Manufacturing Manager for manufacturing team members
