Job Summary:
The Customer Service Associate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional support across both traditional and digital sales channels. This dynamic position involves engaging with specialty store owners in the wholesale market and directly assisting consumers through our e-commerce platform. Additionally, the role includes providing backup support for administrative tasks, such as data entry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and questions from all sources: phone calls, emails, internal requests (Slack)
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and requests around their orders and shipments
- Process order entry, forms, applications and requests
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources, and follow up as needed with required parties
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints, and build reports necessary for the proper mining of customer data
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Proactively work on customer retention and customer satisfaction in ways to improve all channels of customer interface where the customer comes first
- Process and finalize returns through all interfaces as needed.
- Gain an understanding of the product line to help customers make decisions
- Communicate product concerns and stock outages with Supply Chain Manager
- Cross-train administrative duties to help with order entry, billing orders, any data entry responsibilities, and ERP upkeep.
Key Competencies:
- 2 years of experience with Ecommerce customer service (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills, both spoken and written
- Problem analysis and critical thinking skills, ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy
- Self-driven team player who can work accountably without being micromanaged.

- Knowledge of general office programs: excel, outlook, word.
- Experience using Apparel Magic, Shopify, Slack, MarketTime or similar systems (preferred)
Education:
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
