Elegant Beauty Supplies is one of the largest retail beauty products and Human Hair extension suppliers in the United States. We are fast growing, fast paced, and dynamic.
We are currently seeking a Loss Prevention Surveillance Agent to oversee our stores and warehouses. The main objective of the position is to assume full responsibility for overseeing and monitoring all of the Elegant Beauty Supplies employees and stores via CCTV surveillance. This person needs to be customer service and sales oriented, detailed and organized. Will report to Vice President and will work hand on hand with Store Managers for weekly reports.
What You'll Do
- Partner with store leadership to develop and implement an Asset Protection strategy to mitigate risk and loss within the stores
- Assist with investigations and utilize all available resources to identify and resolve crime activity in assigned departments
- Work with store Management to identify inventory shortage opportunities and recommend solutions
- Courteous and responsive to internal/external request
- Exchange and verifies job related information to provide support
