Required Qualifications & Experience
Business & Analytical Skills
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT / software development.
Strong knowledge of requirements gathering Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.
Experience with process modeling workflow diagrams and wireframing tools.
Ability to work with stakeholders at various levels and bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
Technical & Database Knowledge
Familiarity with enterprise web application development technologies (ASP.NET C# SQL Server Angular JavaScript jQuery).
Handson experience with SQL Server (queries stored procedures database views).
Understanding of API integrations authentication (Thinktecture Identity Server) and system architecture.
Collaboration & Documentation Tools
Experience using Azure DevOps Jira Confluence Google Docs Balsamiq Miro and other documentation tools.
Strong communication skills to document and present findings effectively.
Preferred Experience
Experience with Illinois workNet IWDS2.0 or WIOA workforce development reporting systems.
Exposure to SharePoint 2013 ElasticSearch and registry management tools.
CBAP PMIPBA or Agile Business Analyst certification (preferred).
