IT Service Manager: The IT Service Manager oversees the change release and configuration management activities. The IT Service Manager will report to the Federal Lead.
Requirements: This position requires strong verbal and written communication skills with capabilities to interact with IT staff to upper management, capable of time management skillset to prioritize workload and at least five (5) years of experience in the change and configuration management field and use of ServiceNow ITSM applications.
Required Certifications: National Defense Industrial Association Configuration and Data Management or equivalent, ITIL, or provide equivalent experience relevant to their job.
