- Troubleshoot user issues and resolve them promptly.

- Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Document and track bugs using issue tracking tools like JIRA.
- Perform accessibility testing for WCAG and ADA compliance.
- Create and execute automation scripts using Selenium or equivalent tools.
- Collaborate with developers to resolve identified defects.
- Provide end-user technical support for deployed solutions.
- Test API integrations and workflows for functionality.
- Conduct UAT with stakeholders and end-users.
- Validate data integrity and security measures.
- Ensure compliance with organizational testing standards.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing.
- Create detailed test reports and documentation.
- Troubleshoot issues in production environments.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring defects.
- Assist in creating training materials for users.
- Perform load and stress testing on critical systems.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- ISTQB certification preferred.
- 3 years of experience in QA and support roles.
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Selenium, JIRA, and Azure Test Plans.
- Proficiency in accessibility testing tools (JAWS, NVDA).
- Familiarity with Power Platform.
Technology Stack:
