SKILLS / EXPERTISE REQUIREMENTS :
The ideal candidate should possess the following knowledge :
A minimum of 10 years in roles such as Data Scientist, Data Architect, or similar, with proven experience in both data design / implementation and data analysis.
In-depth expertise in various data models / structures, including hierarchical, relational, object-oriented, structured, and unstructured data.
Strong proficiency with various DBMS and RDBMS systems, such as IBM's IMS, SAG's ADABAS, MS SQL, Oracle, DB2 / UDB, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and more.
Ability to work independently and deliver strategic guidance across data-related initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of data ingestion, modeling, mastery, and management techniques.
Expert in ETL tools / utilities, with experience in designing and modeling data staging and loading schemas.
Proven track record of utilizing Data Quality tools while documenting, prioritizing, and resolving data quality issues effectively.
Demonstrated experience with MDM solutions for creating correlated or interleaved data.
Hands-on expertise in developing data models, particularly within the healthcare sector.
Strong ability to navigate complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational leadership and communication skills.
Experience in creating executive-level presentations.

Education Requirements :
Bachelor's and / or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Modern Applied Sciences, or IT Technology Management.
