Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mason specializing in pavers and concrete work to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing and repairing paver stones, concrete slabs, sidewalks, patios, driveways, and other hardscape elements. Attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair pavers for driveways, patios, walkways, and other hardscape projects.
• Pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces, including sidewalks, curbs, foundations, and slabs.
• Prepare work areas by grading, compacting soil, and ensuring proper drainage.
• Mix and apply mortar, cement, and other materials as needed.
• Cut and shape pavers and concrete elements using hand and power tools.
• Set forms and reinforcing materials for concrete work.
• Apply sealants and finishing treatments to enhance durability and aesthetics.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Operate heavy machinery and tools related to masonry and concrete work.
• Work efficiently with team members, contractors, and supervisors to complete projects on time.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience in masonry, specifically with pavers and concrete.
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and work orders.
• Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in masonry and concrete work.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.
• Valid driver’s license (preferred).
