WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to brand standards.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering to maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of passionate individuals dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive professional growth and development.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality, consistently exceeding guest expectations and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Proactively address guest feedback and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate special events and promotions, ensuring a cohesive guest experience across all touchpoints.
- Monitoring expenses and revenue to achieve financial targets.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization, implementing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to inform menu development and pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with industry best practices and local requirements.
- Implement and enforce food safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and audits to uphold quality standards.
