What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Site Supervisor position at Element Construction?
Element Construction is seeking a Construction Superintendent in the Charlottesville, VA area focused on residential and light commercial projects.

The ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and writing skills and proven experience in the following:
-Project scheduling
-Subcontractor Coordination
-On-site supervision and quality inspection
-Residential and light commercial standards and codes
-Email and Microsoft applications
-Carpentry (and other hands-on skills)
Must be drug free and have your own vehicle. Green building experience/credentials is a plus.
