We are seeking an experienced Drywall Hanger & Finisher to join our team. You will be responsible for drywall installation, and finishing, ensuring that every project meets our rigorous standards for quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications to determine layout and installation.
- Measure, cut, and install metal studs and tracks for walls, partitions, and ceilings.
- Ensure framing is level, plumb, and securely fastened.
- Install various types of blocking and bracing to support drywall installation.
- Accurately measure, cut, and hang drywall sheets on framing.
- Securely fit and fasten drywall sheets, ensuring all joints are tight and level.
- Install drywall on ceilings and walls in various settings, including industrial, medical, and commercial projects.
- Apply joint compound, tape, and finish seams to achieve a smooth surface.
- Perform multiple coats of compound followed by sanding to achieve a professional-grade finish.
- Apply textures or finishes as required and repair and patch drywall as necessary.
- Assess and repair damaged plaster surfaces, ensuring a seamless blend with existing walls and ceilings.
- Apply new plaster over existing surfaces, matching textures and finishes.
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure it meets company standards.
- Address deficiencies in drywall work and perform necessary corrections.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, maintaining a safe work environment.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, ensuring proper handling and storage of materials and tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in metal framing, drywall hanging, and finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
- Experience using an automatic taper and drywall tools such as Level 5, TapeTech, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required.
Compensation:
- $26.00 - $32.00 per hour based on experience
- Full - Time Position.
