As a Plumber at Element Design Build Remodel, you will be a key player in our mission to provide exceptional, high-quality residential plumbing services. We're looking for someone highly experienced with residential plumbing installation. While a license is preferred, it's not mandatory what matters most is your expertise, commitment to quality, and ability to work effectively within our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades as needed to facilitate smooth project completion.
• Maintain clear and open communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the client's home.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to guarantee a safe working environment.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior plumbers, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
• Manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Order and manage inventory of plumbing materials, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Stay current on local plumbing codes and regulations to ensure all work is compliant with legal standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential plumbing installation.
• Plumbing License from the State of Ohio
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices.
• A valid plumbing license is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Experience with advanced plumbing technologies (e.g., tankless water heaters, and smart plumbing systems) is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A commitment to client satisfaction and quality workmanship.
• A genuine interest in continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments, including tight spaces and outdoor conditions.
• Flexibility to work occasional extended hours or weekends as project demands.

• Full - Time Position.
• $35-$45/hr based on experience.
