SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator will lead pursuits from initiation through qualifications, proposal, interview, and selection phases, including all submittals whether print or electronic. The position works closely with management to develop, communicate, manage, and oversee pursuit efforts, as well as develop and implement marketing strategies to ensure the company’s success.
The position must also be able to anticipate project needs, discern work priorities, meet deadlines with little supervision, and be willing to work flexible schedules as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support overall company proposal and marketing efforts.
- Works with pursuit team on multiple proposal pursuit efforts, including tracking and monitoring both current and upcoming pursuits. Provides support and industry insight to ensure strategic wins.
- Coordinates, writes, and leads qualification packages, proposals, resumes, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Collaborates with technical staff and writes/reviews/edits original content for clarity, and key messages.
- Develop general marketing collateral, hand-outs, and promotional materials, as needed.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the company, the individual service groups, staff capabilities, regular subconsultants, client and competitor details to assist the technical pursuit team win the work.
- Manage and maintain CRM processes, procedures, maintenance, and reporting.
- Oversee proper use of company style guidelines and branding.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communication, advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the engineering or construction industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have CRM experience, familiarity with Vantagepoint a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Pro, or other graphics programs.
- Produce high-quality deliverables under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
- Work cooperatively with others using tact, patience, and courtesy.
- Establish and maintain effective team relationships.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Job may be performed at multiple branch locations.
