Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare sketch and legal descriptions
- Prepare right of way map deliverables
- Prepare alignment references and Certified Corner Record forms
- Prepare Control Survey deliverables
- Prepare Boundary Survey Deliverables
- Perform deed, plat & document resort, title, and easement review
- Interpret survey field notes and verify date for accuracy
Requirements
- High school diploma, NSPS certified survey technician (CST) technician a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Strong land survey knowledge
- Knowledge of FDOT surveying and mapping policies and procedures
- Strong math skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge MicroStation OpenRoads and GeoPak software
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
