Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is essential in driving technology sales and fostering relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in our business development efforts, utilizing tools like ConnectWise to manage leads and track progress.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records in CW, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Work with the manufacturer and distribution partners to develop strategic marketing plans that will drive new business
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
- Qualify new opportunities to ensure they are in line with E4's products and services.
- Strive to achieve sale and profitability goals given for the year.
Daily and Weekly Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and requests professionally and efficiently to exceed expectations
- Inquire with clients about upcoming projects and needs
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring products and services are aligned properly and within budget
- Meet regularly with the sales team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Document all activities with clients in our CRM.
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
- Collaborate and communicate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure all customer requests are fulfilled in a timely fashion.
- Prepare an agenda for all meetings with clients that have an engineer involved so that the engineer is prepared.
- Address and attempt to resolve any customer issues or complaints quickly
- Participate and provide input in our daily morning meetings
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in inside sales and B2B environments
- Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships. ConnectWise familiarity is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on business development
- Ability to conduct outbound and warm calling to generate leads and close sales
- Negotiation skills to drive successful sales outcomes
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Genuine interest in technology sales
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
