Responsibilities
- Supervising staff
- Developing and implementing patient treatment plans.
- Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Overseeing the administration of physical, occupational and speech therapies.
- Managing training and performance evaluation of rehabilitation staff.
Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited therapy program – Physical Therapist (PT), PTA, Occupational Therapist (OT), COTA or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
- At least 1 year of DOR experience
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Results-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
