Responsibilities

  • Designs and implements intervention programs, which remediate deficit speech / language skills of identified patients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on care plans and provide speech pathology training to team members as needed.
  • Educate clients and families on speech therapy techniques and related challenges.
  • Document all evaluation data, treatments, and client progress promptly.
  • Participate in the periodic revision of care plans, updating the physician on client status and obtaining additional orders as required.
  • Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience working with specific populations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with speech therapy software and tools.
  • State licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
