Responsibilities

Designs and implements intervention programs, which remediate deficit speech / language skills of identified patients.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members on care plans and provide speech pathology training to team members as needed.

Educate clients and families on speech therapy techniques and related challenges.

Document all evaluation data, treatments, and client progress promptly.

Participate in the periodic revision of care plans, updating the physician on client status and obtaining additional orders as required.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

Experience working with specific populations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with speech therapy software and tools.

State licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
