The Opportunity:
We're seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants to join our energetic team. As a vital part of our operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and inviting, providing a seamless and refreshing stay for everyone.
What You'll Do:
- Guest Room Care: Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards and procedures. This includes making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all areas are spotless and well-maintained, paying close attention to detail to meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Efficiency and Time Management: Organize your daily tasks to efficiently clean the assigned number of rooms within the allotted time.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish guest room supplies such as towels, linens, toiletries, and coffee supplies. Report any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Public Area Upkeep: Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of public areas, including hallways, lobbies, fitness centers, and other guest spaces, as needed.
- Safety and Security: Adhere to all safety and security procedures, reporting any suspicious activity or maintenance issues promptly. Handle cleaning chemicals safely and according to instructions.
- Lost and Found: Report any lost and found items to the Housekeeping Supervisor immediately.
- Guest Interaction: Be friendly and approachable to guests, responding politely to any requests or inquiries.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other housekeeping staff and hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Adherence to Standards: Follow all Element Hotels brand standards and procedures for housekeeping services.
What You'll Bring:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related cleaning role is preferred but not always required. We're willing to train motivated individuals!
