The duties and responsibilities of Hotel Maintenance Staff include:
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment
Identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance issues
Carry out necessary repairs to ensure the smooth operation of hotel facilities
Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints related to hotel facilities and equipment
Work closely with other hotel departments to coordinate maintenance and repair work
Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security protocols
Keep detailed logs of all maintenance and repair work
Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
Assist in the installation of new equipment and facilities
Perform general cleaning tasks as required
Without assistance, carry, place, move, or lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds; with assistance for items beyond 50 pounds.
