Overview
Element Materials Technology is hiring a Senior Accounts Receivable Manager. As the Senior AR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process for all business units ensuring timely resolution of invoicing and collections, managing unapplied cash, and reporting to support the financial health and performance of our organization.
This position is hybrid and located in our GBS hub in Blue Ash, Ohio.
Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Receivable Operations : oversee the entire accounts receivable process, including employee training & development, timely resolution of disputes, unapplied cash and account reconciliations.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting : continuously improve the way we monitor, and report accounts receivable performance, working closely with colleagues across the organization to meet the reporting needs of individual Bus.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : work with key business stakeholders to develop and implement effective accounts receivable strategies and policies.
- Process Improvement : lead initiatives to streamline and enhance accounts receivable processes, ensuring they are flexible and responsive to ongoing changes.
- Business Analysis : conduct transactional analysis, including external insights to inform accounts receivable strategies.
- Project Management : manage key strategic projects within Accounting Operations related to accounts receivable (e.g., system implementations, new acquisition integrations and policy / procedure changes).
