As Congruent continues to develop, we seek an enthusiastic, skilled Graphic Designer to join our team.
What You’ll Do
- Design on-brand, creatively polished content for websites, presentations, display ads, and social posts.
- Take daily and weekly planning directions well so you can easily juggle multiple projects, timelines, and assets.
- Transform client goals into brilliant graphic solutions—think logos, websites, and more.
- Keep designs fresh, innovative, and true to our clients' brands.
- Share creative ideas and perspectives in brainstorming sessions.
- Present and defend your artistic decisions like a pro.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team spirit.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
Good communication skills, high level of empathy, and maturity.
3 years in professional graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD, Premiere).
Strong grasp of creative and production workflows, covering print, digital, video, and social media.
Experience in logo, icon, and wordmark design.
Typography and animation skills.
Digital and social media best practices know-how.
Cross-platform thinker : mobile, web, video, organic, paid channels, collateral, and experiential.
Ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
High level of organization and detail-oriented.
Adaptable to changing priorities.
Collaborative mindset with a knack for meeting deadlines.
Enthusiasm for working in a motivated, growing company.
Bonus : Illustration, motion graphics, 2D animation, and brand development skills.
Bonus : Competence with Canva, Figma, and other design apps.
