We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager with a background in luxury home building to lead our Construction Division. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring both the short-term and long-term success of the division. You will oversee a diverse range of outdoor construction projects—from driveways and pools to pavilions and beyond—while maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage construction projects, ensuring they meet the expectations of a high-end clientele.
- Provide clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with subcontractors to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Work closely with the landscape division for effective scheduling and quality control of projects.
- Identify and mitigate potential challenges and risks throughout construction projects.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure adherence to expectations.
- Collaborate with the Sales Design team to address and resolve client concerns.
- Implement initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and workplace morale.
- Work closely with the Controller to analyze key metrics, address variances, and develop effective solutions.
- Standardize processes to enhance efficiency and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Maintain clear documentation of standard operating procedures.
- Provide training on new processes and systems to team members.
- Review contract scopes and estimates for accuracy before submission.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in luxury home building or high-end construction management, with a focus on project management.
- Strong supervisory experience with a client-facing approach.
- Proven experience in effectively managing subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
