Element Outdoor Living has the perfect Turf Treatment Technician opportunity for you! We are a dynamic, growth-focused and progressive landscape design, installation and maintenance company, located by the coast in Wilmington, North Carolina.

The Turf Treatment Technician will work with clients to solve their turf and plant treatment needs. The Day to Day of a Turf Treatment Technician:
-Provide a high level of service by educating the customer on treatments and recommendations for service
-Perform overall grounds inspection and apply safe application of materials
-Properly diagnosis plant health care suggest treatment plans
-Makes ongoing recommendations for care and maintenance and present additional services based on observations and knowledge
-Complete production reports and document accurate notes

Preferred qualifications, skills, and experience:
-3 years of experience in turf management
-Experience generating proposals/quotes
-Ability to take accurate lawn measurements
-Knowledge to diagnose pest and fungus issues, and implement right solutions
-Solid experience with chemicals and the equipment necessary for turf and plant fertilization and maintenance
-Computer proficiency
-Pesticide Application license preferred
-Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
The expected pay range for this position is $20-$27 per hour based on experience and offers paid holidays and PTO.
