**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office/Accouting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction/plumbing office setting with Quickbooks experience, although candidates with general office skills will be considered based on experience.
**Responsibilities:**
- Perform general office duties including answering phones and scheduling
- Utilize QuickBooks Online for customer invoicing and estimates
- Type detailed customer proposals
- Support office management in daily operations
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in a construction/plumbing office setting is preferred
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in file management and typing
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is preferred, but not required
