Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Element Resources. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of systems, including pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems. Your mechanical aptitude and welding experience will be essential in maintaining and repairing plant metal surfaces, installing and repairing piping, and fabricating equipment and parts.
You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with other departments to ensure seamless processes and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
