Who are we looking for?

MacDermid Alpha is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Partner! In this role the candidate will be responsible for the processing of incoming customer orders / handling of inquiries as well as provide sales order support to our customers and sales staff.

What will you be doing?

Maintains a focus on Customer Satisfaction while managing day-to-day activities of customer accounts.

Perform root cause analysis to identify issues and propose solutions

Acts as key interface with the customer account site-buyers.

Accepts and completes all order processing associated with assigned customer accounts worldwide.

Handles all customer interactions in a courteous, helpful and professional manner.

Works closely with manufacturing and logistics personnel in order to keep supply line free of interruptions.

Completes all required training and follows all Macdermid Alpha Health, Safety & Environmental policies / procedures.

Who are You?

Minimum of a High school diploma (or GED equivalent) and at least 3 years of proven experience in customer service. Associates degree preferred.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.

Strong sense of urgency and exceptional follow-up skills with customers.

Adept at multi-tasking, self-motivated, resourceful with a strong drive to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

Experience providing customer service support in a manufacturing company.

Previous experience using JD Edwards is preferred.

Intermediate Excel skills
