ASSEMBLY SOLUTIONS

As a global supplier of solder technologies, fluxes, cleaners, and other attachment materials for the electronics assembly industry, we develop innovative materials that join electronic circuits in high volume device manufacturing. Our high-performing interconnect materials are used to assemble consumer electronics from circuit boards, discrete electronic components, connectors, and integrated circuit substrates.

Who are we looking for?

The fill/packaging position requires the knowledge to utilize production process equipment in accordance to the specified work instructions and procedures. The candidate must have the ability to be trained to learn all details of the specified process to keep all production in control. The candidate will be responsible for the respective equipment, training, and tools he/she is assigned.

What will you be doing?

• Consult with team lead on production schedule
• Quality focused; understands how maintaining the equipment impacts quality
• Able to read and understand process travelers while efficiently setting up and operating filling & packaging machines
• Handle all aspects of the chemical Filling Labeling & Packaging
• Demonstrate ownership for the production line
• Complete and maintain all process records including process control charts and PM
• Identify and track all dedicated tools in accordance with best 6S practices, maintain equipment cleanliness
• Develop Knowledge to follow MRD build targets for the 80 products
• Support and follow in-lining including complete operator ownership of each production line
• Continually employ 6S practices, Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations
• Communicate and drive new ideas to improve quality through continuous improvement activities
• Maintain effective communications and positive working relationships with all coworkers in the business unit
• Support cost reduction activities
• Act as a technical resource during root cause analysis

Who are You?

• read and understand basic work instructions
• convert basic fractions for mixing

pay range for this role is $20hr - $38hr
