element steak. seafood. pasta. in Downtown Sarasota is hiring passionate, creative, professional bartenders/server for our new LUNCH!
We are looking for applicants who are well versed on unique wines, liquors and craft cocktails. Has a passion and delivers great customer service.
- At least 3 years of experience
- Work well under pressure
- Multi tasking is key
- Personable
- Team Player
- Reliable & trustworthy
- Quick & accurate
- Proper cash management
- Has extensive knowledge on wine styles and pairings with food, as well as craft cocktails
- Bartenders are also in charge of serving bar/lounge tables.
- Experience in upscale dining service and wine presentation is a must

Lunch is Tuesday-Friday 11am - 2pm
