With an eye toward strategic growth, we are expanding into federal and municipal re-roofing opportunities while minimizing our focus on new construction roofing.Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled and driven Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in estimating and bidding re-roofing projects for commercial, federal, and municipal clients. This position offers a unique opportunity to help build out a robust estimating program while working with state-of-the-art software and contributing to the rapid growth of our company.Responsibilities:Review and analyze project plans, photos, and field measurements to prepare accurate and competitive estimates.Utilize Estimating Edge software for takeoffs, pricing, and project analysis; experience in building out templates within the software is highly valued.Collaborate with the team using Company Cam for project photos and ConstructConnect for takeoffs.Estimate various roofing systems, including low-slope (TPO, EPDM, PVC) and steep-slope (shingles, tile, standing seam, synthetic slate/shake, and slate).Assist in the development and refinement of the company’s estimating tools, processes, and templates.Ensure all estimates are completed on time, accurate, and aligned with project goals and company standards.Work closely with sales, production, and project management teams to deliver seamless project transitions.Qualifications:Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a roofing estimator, with a strong focus on commercial and multi-family roofing projects.Proficiency in Estimating Edge, including template creation and program customization, is highly prioritized.Experience using Company Cam and ConstructConnect or similar tools for project management and takeoffs.Comprehensive knowledge of low-slope and steep-slope roofing systems.Ability to work effectively with plans, photos, and field measurements.Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously.A proactive mindset and eagerness to contribute to the company’s growth and success.Federal/municipal bid experience is a plus.What We Offer:An opportunity to be a key part of a fast-growing, innovative company with explosive potential.A collaborative and exciting work environment.Professional development and the chance to help shape our estimating program.Competitive compensation and benefits.Join Us:If you are passionate about the roofing industry and want to grow with a company that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence, we’d love to hear from you!How to Apply:Submit your resume and a brief cover letter detailing your experience and interest in this role.Element Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
