Shipping Associate – Full-Time
We’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping Associate. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time—all within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Experience & Skills:
- Prior shipping experience is preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right person. However, the following are considered a plus:
- Familiarity with ShipStation and/or Shopify
- Experience using barcode scanners and inventory management software
- Forklift operation experience
- Comfortable using a computer and associated peripherals (keyboard, mouse, printers, scanners, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Print and organize packing slips
- Accurately pick items for customer orders
- Pack orders neatly, securely, and efficiently
- Ship orders using the customer’s preferred carrier or the most cost-effective option, considering both cost and delivery speed
- Ensure packages are delivered within the customer’s expected timeframe
- Maintain service level expectations for accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism
- Keep the shipping and packing area clean and well-maintained
- Monitor and organize shipping and packaging supply inventory
- Be knowledgeable about various shipping carriers and services
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
