- Business Analyst. Oakland County is seeking experienced Business Analyst to join the Project Management Office Team working in a hybrid work environment. Candidate must be a self-starting team player, able to manage multiple assignments at one time; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve; Ability to keep initiatives on track, strong organizational skills including attention to detail; Clarity, SharePoint, DevOps, Agile Methodology and PMO experience a plus.
- Experienced in business process analyses, developing business requirements, use cases and needs assessments to align information technology solutions with business initiatives using industry accepted practices.
- Experience in creating end user documentation, standards, and processes.
- Organizes and facilitates application testing and user acceptance to ensure business needs are met. Provides support for Production incidents and facilitates troubleshooting and close out of reported issues for applications.
- Support Clarity PPM application and initiatives, including project reviews, reports, annual planning, as well as testing / validation of changes, releases, patches and upgrades.
- Technical Environment(s) : Clarity, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, OneDrive for Business).
