Customer Service Associate

Must have:1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, such as retail or a call center This person will be doing a little of everything. No day is the same. Daily activities will include but not limited to:OrdersPick upsClaimsHelping with mail deliveryOperational supportWorking the switchboard/phones (at the beginning about 70%)25 – 50 calls per dayHelp with covering the front desk - letting executives know about meetings, manage lobby, take calls & transfer to correct dept

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
