Element Turf & Outdoor Solutions, LLC is a fast-growing, locally owned Lawncare Maintenance business specializing in full service Mowing, Fertilization and Weed Control, Weed Maintenance, Landscape Maintenance/Mulch Installation, Pest Control, Fall Clean Up, Holiday Lights, and Snow Removal services for both Commercial and Residential customers. POSITION DETAILS:
This is a seasonal position with potential for full time and hours may vary but normal season hours are 7:30am-5:30pm Monday - Thursday. Some overtime may be required.
Experienced Lawncare Spray Technician
Duties will include;
- Performing service estimates
- Excellent written and verbal communication with customers about services offered/needed
- Safely and Efficiently able to operate FWC commercial equipment
- Efficiently spray/spread fertilizer, weed control, and pesticides
- Aerating and Overseeding, seeding and other turf-related duties efficiently
- Ability to thrive working both independently and a team environment
- Ability to safely drive company vehicles such as box trucks or truck with trailer
Our ideal candidate will have the following Qualifications:
- Possess a Pesticide applicator's License (IL) - a must
- Be able to read and write in English
- CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED
- Reliable transportation
- A high school degree or GED is preferred
- A minimum of two years of lawn spray field experience is preferred
Bonus of up to $1,500 to be based on performance, attendance, and completion of the 2024 season.
