We are a growing, local lawn and landscape company seeking a CSR/Office Assistant. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, motivated, hard-working and flexible, be able to multi-task, and have a great attitude. This position entails customer service skills and administrative work to keep our office running smoothly. We are looking for an organized individual who is self-motivated and can work independently, while also being a team player. Provides excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously.
Job Duties
- Answering phones and providing customer service.
- Dispatching work to crews.
- Scheduling work and updating schedules as needed throughout the day.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Filing and general office organization.
- Running and compiling spreadsheets and reports.
- Invoicing and managing accounts receivable.
- Managing mail and email correspondence with customers and leads.
Preferred Skills
- 2 years experience in an office or customer service environment
- Proficiency using computers and learning new software
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Dedication to customer satisfaction.
This position will be a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Paid holidays, vacation, and benefits available.
