What You'll Do:

Lead Client Relationships

You’ll be the primary point of contact, keeping communication clear, proactive, and strategic. Whether it’s leading meetings, setting agendas, or following up with next steps, you’ll ensure clients always feel informed and supported.

Turn Strategy into Action

You’ll take high-level marketing plans and break them into timelines, budgets, and tasks—making sure every deliverable stays on track, on budget, and aligned with the overall strategy.

Collaborate Across Teams

You’ll work closely with our creative, digital, and PR teams to bring campaigns to life. From brainstorming big ideas to managing the day-to-day details, you’ll ensure seamless execution.

Drive Results

You’ll identify new opportunities to help clients grow, bringing fresh ideas to the table and ensuring every project is strategic, high-quality, and results-driven.

Manage Budgets and Timelines

You’ll keep an eye on the numbers, ensuring budgets, invoices, and revenue projections are managed efficiently while keeping projects running smoothly.

Stay Ahead of the Industry

Marketing moves fast, and you’ll stay on top of trends, emerging strategies, and what’s next in digital, social, and traditional marketing.

Salary will be tailored to the candidate based upon their experience and capabilities. Candidate must be able to work from our De Pere, Wisconsin office a minimum of 3 days/week. Ready to join the team?
