UI/UX Art Director

Element is seeking an imaginative Art Director with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for user-centered design and bold visuals. While you'll serve as the UX/UI leader, this role extends beyond website projects, involving diverse design work across digital and traditional platforms. You’ll apply your strong design skills to execute creative solutions and lead projects from concept to completion. Your work will shape meaningful projects that captivate audiences and align with your drive for powerful design.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead UX/UI design, owning website design execution and functionality to ensure seamless user experiences and optimal performance across all platforms
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and full-fledged graphics, layouts, and interactive elements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, copywriters, and other designers, to bring creative visions to life
• Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating cutting-edge aesthetics and the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
• Execute design solutions that merge strategy and creativity, ensuring purposeful and attention-grabbing elements
• Conceptualize compelling visual narratives across all marketing channels, including websites, mobile apps, branding, and campaigns.
• Ensure cohesive design layouts and visual compositions across all marketing channels
• Inspire and mentor designers, fostering creativity and innovation to push team boundaries
• Clearly articulate your creative vision to clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and enthusiasm
• Maintain brand consistency across projects while injecting fresh, creative perspectives
• Balance multiple projects effortlessly, meeting tight deadlines with precision and a calm, collected approach

Salary will be tailored to the candidate based upon their experience and capabilities.

Candidate must be able to work from our De Pere office location a minimum of 3 days/week.
