2nd shift Machine Operator

As an Entry-Level Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operation of various machines and equipment in our production line. No prior experience in machine operation is necessary, as we provide full training to ensure you succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machines to ensure smooth production.
• Follow detailed instructions and quality control processes to meet product specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Load materials into machines and remove finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.
• Report production data and potential machine issues to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• No previous machine operating experience required—training will be provided.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions.
• Basic math skills and the ability to work with measurements.
• Ability to lift and move materials (up to [20] pounds).
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment.
