Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Assemble components accurately and efficiently following company procedures
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure quality control standards are met
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to lift and stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
