We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery, including welders, press brake machines, and lathes, to produce high-quality components.
- Assemble parts and products according to specifications, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to identify any defects or issues.
- Safely operate cranes and forklifts for material handling and transportation within the facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Skills
- Proficient in welding techniques and equipment operation.
- Experience with press brake machines and lathe operations.
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.
- Strong ability to use precision measuring instruments for quality assurance.
- Knowledge of quality inspection methods and practices.
