Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Calibration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in precision measuring instruments and have experience with calibration processes. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various electrical and instrumentation systems. The Calibration Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is calibrated accurately and functions according to specifications.

Duties
- Calibrate precision measuring instruments, ensuring they meet required specifications.
- Utilize vision inspection systems to assess the quality and accuracy of measurements.
- Fabricate components as needed to support calibration processes.
- Work with voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other tools to perform necessary calibrations.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings related to calibration tasks.
- Collaborate with industrial electricians and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve calibration issues.
- Maintain accurate records of calibration activities and results.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Calibration Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with E & I (Electrical & Instrumentation) systems is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and calibration tools is essential.
- Experience in reading and interpreting schematics is highly desirable.
- A background in industrial electrical work or related fields will be beneficial.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
