Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble, wire, and install electrical components and systems according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Perform soldering, crimping, and wire harness assembly as needed.
- Conduct quality checks and testing to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during assembly.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve assembly processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electrical assembly or a related field preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of electrical components, wiring, and circuits.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.

Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $18.00 - $21.40 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
