Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Kitter to prepare and organize components for production. The Kitter will gather, sort, and package materials according to production orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. A clean, organized workspace and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a kitting or assembly role is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting is desirable.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds as needed.
