We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support various research projects by conducting experiments, collecting data, and assisting in the analysis of results. Duties
- Assist in the design and execution of laboratory experiments according to established protocols.
- Collect, record, and analyze data from experiments, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- Utilize Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) for data entry and management.
- Collaborate with team members to interpret results and prepare reports for ongoing research projects.
- Support the development of new research methodologies and laboratory procedures.
Skills
- Proficiency in veterinary terminology to effectively communicate within the research environment.
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures, including safety protocols and best practices in an industrial laboratory setting.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in math to assist in data interpretation.
- Experience with clinical laboratory techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of research development processes to contribute effectively to project goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete individual tasks efficiently.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
