Position Overview:
The Entry-Level Laboratory Technician will support the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring accurate and timely processing of samples. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals eager to begin a career in the sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and handle laboratory samples following established protocols.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment under supervision.
- Perform basic experiments and assist senior staff in data collection.
- Record and analyze data accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Follow safety and quality assurance guidelines strictly.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field NOT required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of laboratory techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry is a plus.
