Level 1 Maintenance Tech

Job Summary:
As a Level 1 Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing basic maintenance and repairs on our facilities and equipment. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals eager to start their career in maintenance and develop their skills in a supportive team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including minor repairs and inspections.
• Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and work areas.
• Help with preventative maintenance tasks as directed.
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff and management in a timely manner.
• Support senior technicians with larger repair projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance techniques and tools preferred.
• Strong willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to [50Lbs, if applicable]).
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
