What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator position at Element2 Group?
We are hiring a 1st shift, full time, Machine Operator in your area! This position is guaranteed 45-50 hours each week.
Shift: 1st with flexibility on start time.
Pay: $20-$22 depending on experience
Essential Duties:
- Set up machine(s) with knowledge of equipment and tools needed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Operate all machine(s) in a safe manner consistent with Company safety policies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities including but not limited to: working with minimal supervision; prioritizing tasks; completing work without errors; working with little direct interaction with other employees but must communicate with supervisors and/or Plant Manager.
- Maintain clean machine(s) by following Company safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Perform daily cleaning on all machines using appropriate equipment and tools.
- Follow all work instructions provided by Supervisor Machine Operator and/or Plant Manager to ensure proper operation of all equipment.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Ability to read blueprints/work instructions
- 1 year minimum of manufacturing experience/knowledge
- Must be ok handling other duties as assigned.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Experience:
- Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Machining: 1 year (Preferred)
- Basic math: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
