Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Duties
- Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to set up machines accurately.
- Program machines as needed for specific production runs.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment, including lathes and other machinery.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Utilize CAD software, such as SolidWorks, for design modifications and improvements.
- Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations during production.
- Implement GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles in manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production workflows.

- Proficiency in programming machinery for various manufacturing tasks.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately.
- Experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility environment.
- Familiarity with packaging processes and standards.
